A Lander & Rogers deal team advised the founders of Allied Grain Systems (AGS), an Australian supplier of grain handling and storage solutions, on the sale of the company to Mitchells Group ─ a global provider of bulk material handling equipment to the agriculture industry.
AGS designs, constructs and installs commercial-scale grain handling and storage facilities for farming businesses across Australia. Based in Young, NSW, AGS is one of the country's largest suppliers of grain storage equipment. Its sale to Mitchells Group ─ a Singapore-headquartered conglomerate with engineering and manufacturing facilities in the UK and China ─ will expand the reach and enhance the production capability of both companies.
AGS founder John White said the team was "looking forward to joining forces with Mitchells" and finding "new opportunities for growth and innovation, ultimately benefiting our customers and the broader agricultural community."
